People are dumb that's all. They don't get jokes because they didn't get enough hugs or smiles from mummy and daddy.

why must you people bash on this topic? buffa, don't listen to them, you're just doin your job. besides, it's not gonna cause another war or kill us or anything like that. if he has an idea for a gallery that involves games, and he thinks it's a good idea, he writes it down. STOP MAKING SUCH A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT!!!! i think that little kids should have enough common sense that by gettong 100 coins or golden rings will NOT give them another chance at life. for you people who object just CALM DOWN!!!

Man, you people need to lay off the crack and relax a bit! It's just plain annoying when people take things to serious >:P. Also, this article isn't so bad that you have to bash it as well as the christian religion and its followers. Not all of them are as over the top as this article seems to make some of you think they are -_-. Listen to people like sandmanfromhell.

Ok then... After reading the comments already left, i see people whining about the writers, but everyone seems to forget...this article is just like a TV show...it has ratings! It doesn't matter if people like or dislike the article, because thats all the more people that view it. If you like it, you're going to likely send a link to a friend, who will send it to someone else, etc. If you hate it...you're possibly going to post it up on your favorite message board(s), and the cycle continues even further... Notice, there ARE advertisements on this page...i'm willing to bet that its not free advertising either :-) Anyways, so to talk about the article itself, a lot of newer games all have "rules" set in motion to basically govern what you do in the game. for instance, GTA, if you do something wrong, eventually the police will hound you. Another example... One game I play a lot, SilkRoad Online, is a LOT like WoW. It's basically a free version of wow with differant characters. In the game, you CAN kill other players, but if it's not directly in PVP using a special cape you have to wear to note you're in PVP mode, and you kill another player, you take on "Murderer Status", in which ANY player can kill you without also becoming a murderer... The greed thing, yeah, i suppose you COULD become greedy with your gold, but one thing the writers did not mention for WoW is that as you get higher up in your character level, new armor, weapons, recovery items, etc all become more expensive and so you NEED to save up lots of gold just to stay alive... Ok, I'm done with my little rant. In the end i'm sure the writers dont REALLY think these games are evil. It's all up to the person playing the game to determine what is right and wrong in life, a game wont teach that, cause its just a game.
