Nonsensical save points
Back in the day, it was more acceptable to finish an entire game without saving or recording your progress after beating a level. Yet for some ridiculous reason, developers still force us to search for save points or complete a level. With more casual and non-gamers buying consoles and all this talk about making games more user friendly, companies need to realize that we have lives outside of saving princesses and whipping monsters. Rockstar, in particular, could benefit from throwing checkpoints in Grand Theft Auto IV's missions, instead of restarting us from the hospital or police station. That's why we stopped playing.

hey crave156 i totally agree with you!!
i dont think game daily even know what they are talking about anymore.
I honestly dont think Chris Buffa plays video games at all. He complains about every little thing, and because of that, it doesnt seem that he started playing untill the casual gamer boom. Oh, and about the GTA 4 saving thing; Its not for casual gamers, thus why no Mid level save. Christ, most missions are only 15 minutes on top of that too.
The people at GameDaily need to quit their whinning it gets old after a while
The only tutorials that have EVER annoyed me are Final Fantasy tutorials, espcially 8 and 12. Other than that, I have no problem with them.
