You like to play what?!!
There are two types of gamers: those who have good taste and those who don't. We hope that you're in the first category, but we all have that one friend who thinks that he's really good at them, or that his taste in games is impeccable. Chances are that none of this is true, and he's just really annoying. The fact is that some people will always have terrible tastes, and there's plenty of garbage that people try to sell us every year that panders to the unsophisticated gamer. Here's our handy guide to tell if you or those you love suffer from this plight.

Hah, whoever wrote this is wrong at least about Fable and Fable II. Fable was an awesome game, I don't remember any big glitches or bugs in it at all. Fable II is basically the same thing as Fable but with slightly better graphics, and if I give credit to two games that are similar, I'm giving it more to the original than that copy.
i thought fable was a great game and i think fable2 is a complete let down it looks like ur running through cartoon land, the story line of fable2 is linear and bland i did not feel connected at all
The whole "newer game is better than the old one, old one sucks because it's not new etc" argument is true with some games but not others. The Mid***ht Club series is a good example of the newer versions being better. The first one wasn't all that great, but it got better with each new release. But that argument isn't true with other game series. Take the DDR series for example. The first DDR games were very good, as they had a good selection of songs, the steps for those songs were generally good, and it wasn't trying to be something it's not. However, the most recent versions of DDR, such as DDR Supernova 2 or DDR X, while they are definitely decent, are nowhere near as good as the earlier games in the series such as DDR Max.
Who are the real dumbasses? I think the developers that waste all the money on a flop are pretty stupid myself. As far as an adult game, sure most guys are gonna be up for it. BMX xxx and they guy game were pretty crappy though i'll give it that. But sex sells so much other stuff. TV, Sports, Perfume, Beer, now arbys lol....why not video games?

well its kinda like the age of the gamer is gone anyway games r made for the masses the ones who will play once a week or maybe even every six months so some of these games r made for people like that
also, since they say every new game out there is good, what about Sonic Unleashed? that's a pretty bad game. there are plenty of new games out that suck just as bad as older games. and why can't older games be some of the best games ever? look at the original Wolfinstine, that is one of the best games ever in my book, and it's as old as I am. And if these guys really know what a bad game is, why didn't they list the Lord of the Ring games, or any of the Start Trek games. These guys wouldn't know a bad game or a good game if it hit them square in the face (using on of their quotes). And I really wonder if they even use some sort of judging system, because honestly, this is so subjective from the writers standpoint that there doesn't seem to be any sort of real judging system at all.
there is no way the original Fable was bad, Fable II is the disappointment. Fable one set the bar in the best way, and is probably the only good game from Lionhead studios, and the only good thing Microsoft has for gamers. This shouldn't be an article due to that it looks like there is only one person writing about one game, at least Game Informer has multiple people review one game at a time, and has second opinions. The only truly BAD game on this list was E.T. None of the idiots that write these articles truly know what they are talking about. furthermore, how is a Game System a bad game, I'll agree that the Jaguar was a bad system, but it's not a video game it's self thus it should not be in this category. In short the people who write these articles need to be fired! they obviously don't know what they are talking about, just look at how they said Fable II was better than the first.
I am a mom to two kids. One of my kids is a little girl. I can proudly hold up my head and say that I have bought a few of the different Petz games out there for my daughter. The Petz game are geared towards our younger children and I am very glad for it. While my son is older than my daughter and can play the more mature games on the market, I am extremely happy that there are violence free games for my little girl. Violence will always be out there, but for the time being, I want "happy" games for my daughter.
