Both of these run on Wi-Fi and 3G. Of course, if all you want is to stream podcasts, this is easily done through the iTunes Store. Just click the title of the podcast, rather than Download and the streaming will begin.

the psp is unique, it's as many features but you never know whats around the couner for other companies like Microsoft like right now they could be making a portable gaming system

This is stupidly WRONG. The Wii has the ability to watch videos through SD cards, there's a converter by Red Kawa to get your videos in the correct format, so you can view them in the photo channel. All DS are capable of using the Games N Music developed by Datel, those Action Replay guys. IT comes with a converter to make movies play on the DS through the card via a micro SD slot, and will also play music and (Irrelevantly) homebrew games.
the psp is a GODLY handheld, to bad the psp 3000 and lack of games are killing it off
Hey, you guys forgot about the PS3's ability to stream content from Hulu.
Love the psp's all around media features. Imo I like it better thatn the ds because of its many media abilities. The ds has better games and unique gaming abilities like a touch screen, BUT it cant play movies, music, or internet. So in the end despite the fact I have both my ds is rarely used other than my house because I cant play games all the time. I want to listen to music or watch movies on the go to. Curious though how the dsi will compete. If it has the same abilities of the psp or better than I'll find a rebirth in my ds game collection.
