Ok Mario Galaxy on this is good but, where the hell is the Animal Crossing series? I have played all the Animal Crossing games and cant get bored of it. They keep making improvements on that game and just dont stop. They added new items new additions such as the city in City Folk a fountain that you can obtain golden items from and much more. What else do the boneheads at game daily want. Go play some good games then put up a review.

What many of the Wii 'haters' must understand is that Nintendo had to make Wii low powered. You can have too many high-powered systems running around, it's like crashing 2 cars into one another to see which one catches fire first.

you people really have no idea what makes a great shooter. You know so little that the great Wii oriented shooter already existed. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Looks are on par with Halo 3. The controls are so much fun to use than any other next gen controller. The only problem from making this game THE PERFECT shooter, is its lack of multiplayer. But hey, nintendo has to leave out something to attract players to a sequel.

For anyone that wants to argue, look back a few comments, look for my incredibly long rants, and then post an argument valid enough for people enough to take seriously.

Nintendo has a better business. not a better product. the wii only remains king because of its franchising, price point, and marketability. the only good games for wii are the ones made by nintendo... the other systems have much better hardware, more in depth games, and superior multiplayer. btw aol. could write a better article than your team.where do you find these retards?

the only shooter i think nintendo would be capable of would be a paintball game with the characters of SSB.

what nintendo really needs is more FPS or more shooters in general. The features on the wii are great but that alone cant compare to the solid titles like gears of war 2, halo 3, and other shooters. Call of duty world at war was really the first serious shooter for the wii with its wi fi and good controls. the graphics werent so good but not terrible. i dont know why since games like mario kart look beautiful on the wii. so what the wii needs is an original shooter with solid graphics online play and addictive gameplay that made games like halo such a franchise.

One franchise Nintendo can stop neglecting is the Startropics franchise. It had 2 awesome games that were for NES and just never came back. Also you got Earthbound.

For one thing, the Wii is just a fad. The online community stinks, barely anyone plays. The Xbox 360 on the other hand has a great community, great games and the reason the Wii was on top is because it's more of a "Family" system. Honestly, as a hardcore gamer, I would only buy a Wii to say I had one. Considering I collect systems, this would be one of the only ones I don't have. PS3? Well, yeah, great system, but community, not so much. The system was built efficient;y, it's nice to have, a couple of good hits as well. But hardcore gamers, wake up, the Wii is not for you.

I strongly disagree with more Mario and Zelda. They're good but the same crap over and over again. If you're going to do more of them do something DIFFERENT with them. A Super Bowser Game or a game were you play as Zelda and Shiek (same person) through various stages using magic and ninja skills. What about a 3D co-op 4swords game that functions similar to an FPS? I agree with bringing back older franchises or using them more like Fire Emblem, FZero, Kirby, StarFox, Castlevania and more. What Nintendo NEEDS to do is come up with something NEW to add to their list of games. Nintendo is criticized for only knowing a few songs (games) where as Xbox and PS3 have more or are starting to have more. Nintendo is only on top because of the new system idea they tried but that will only carry them so far because they're going to need to incorporate new games to go along with that. Another Red Steel game would be nice (only do it better). This article made some good points just not enough.
