Halo 3 Launch Event in NYC

Hundreds gathered at a Best Buy on 44th Street and 5th Avenue in Manhattan to celebrate the launch of Microsoft's sci-fi shooter, Halo 3.

This event was big on spectacle, including celebrities like Chingy, Bobby V. and Ludacris and a publicity stunt that included shutting down the usually busy 5th Avenue, so it could be taken over by UNSC soldiers on Mongoose ATVs and a Halo 3 branded Hummer, driving up the store and delivering Halo 3 to Master Chief at the store, while Halo music soared in the background.
