Blanka (Street Fighter franchise)

If you cut Blanka, pure testosterone would seep from his wound. In addition to surviving a plane crash, he was raised in the wild and transformed himself into a ferocious beast with some of the craziest looking chest hair ever. Actually, he's the only character that can pull off orange without getting his ass kicked, but is he a fire crotch? That's the real question.
