We swung by the big Pokemon Platinum launch in NYC and caught some of our favorite ones in action.

We Choose You, Assorted Pokemon Cosplayers!

GameDaily ventured out into chilly New York last Saturday for the launch of Pokemon Platinum for the DS. Nintendo brought music, carnival games and even a prize-filled ball pit -- fans brought their best costumes. We caught some (with our camera, duh) and talked to them about their favorite Pokemon -- and which ones they'd find most delicious. Check out our favorite Pokemon cosplayers!

Aww this looked like fun... I knew they were having this event but I didn't get to Nintendo World until the next day, when there was, like, nobody there lol. At least I was able to go to the Bryant Park 10th Anniversary Party a few years back, that was awesome. And BTW I want that Pikachu mascot costume really badly, it's epic.
