Anyone notice that this list is mostly Xbox 360 games and not one PS3 title is on here? Just goes to show you...Xbox > PS3 for all you gamers out there. Other than that, I'm pretty sure that WoW should be #1 cause I have definitely put aside gf time for WoW time.

Haha, this was pretty funny. I would play any of these games except for Madden and WoW. I was actually gonna head out to Gamestop to get Oblivion soon. I'm a girl and I currently own PS3. I really don't like wii, I just think it's a system to play at parties or just with a bunch of people. I don't consider it a true gaming system... I live right outside of Chicago, age 17 and I know a ton of girl gamers. Pretty much all of my friends own some kind of system and play often. It's becoming more and more widely spread.Yea, there are a lot of people in general who don't play games and most may be girls, but there are actually a lot of us out there...

esmbaseball, Zelda games are nintendo games. Nintendo's not releasing that for other consoles, seriously. But I do agree that the wii sucks. Graphics are crap and the controllers aggravate my carpel tunnel. The only reason I bought one is because I love zelda games.

hey lightbulb, i wasn't saying that a female gaiming group was nonexistent. If you had read more carefully, you would have seen i was referring to armaros' statement that 40% of gamers being women is a ton of bull. However, i will agree on you with the fact that many of the poeple on xbox live are around ten or twelve and are ridiculously immature. I dont believe i said anything about how playing the Wii makes you a wanna be gamer. But since we are on the subject, the wii can barely be called a real gaming system. Its more like one of those cheap things you buy to play old arcade games on and it plugs into your TV. I also have a Wii and im not saying i dislike it, but to compensate for the lack of actual controllers they have to take out certain game features. For example, pick one zelda game. Buy it for both the Xbox 360 or the PS3, and the Wii. The Wii version sucks in comparison, guaranteed.

I actually find this article to be quite hilarious. Not only because of the comments in it but because of the feedback from viewers. I've been a girl video gamer since i was in diapers and am also a tom-boy at heart. My brother and i bicker back and forth between his comments of 'get back in the kitchen and make me a sandwhich' to my own 'i'll kick your a** at halo 3 and gears of war 2 the next time you say that comment... then we'll see who makes the sandwhich'. I see it all as fun. But of course if you were to get dumped from a b****y girl friend who doesn't even know how to cook and only understands the essentials of her purse... then one might ask themselves, why date a girl like that anyway? Why not date someone who enjoys the things you do and doesn't complain?! If you boys really look out there for the right girl, one who plays video games, watches football (or whatever your favorite sport might be), you'd be surprised as to what you find. Also don't get angry at GameDaily for simply posting something that they could find as enjoyment to others. It's not their fault if they struck on nerve on your turf. I personally don't find any harm in this article. My boyfriend and i laugh over the statements brought by GameDaily and laugh over eachothers love for certain video games.

Once again Gamedaily, you guys are idiots. Just cause you guys got stood up for the 8th Grade Dance last Spring doesn't mean that all girls are inherently evil and hate a guy who has a PS3 and/or Xbox 360 tucked away under their TVs. I'm a girl gamer, I'm an xbox girl at heart but I have the Wii and the PS3 too. The area I mostly avoid in video games is the MMOs, I really prefer shooters. I've dedicated a really sad truckload of time to at least 5 of these games--COD4, Halo, and Gears would be at the forefront of that, although I have always loved my pokemon. I will admit to despising WoW, however, I really do hate it when guys play that crap. My boyfriend is a 360 man though, so we play all the time, it's nice we both like the same thing and I'm definitely not jealous of the games he plays, I love 'em too. Kodgolbez, you're an idiot--more and more girls are playing video games every day, and it is becoming less and less "uncool" and "nerdy" to play video games. I'm a girl in high school, I regularily go to parties, I'm suscribed to InStyle, Vogue, Star, Xbox, and Nintendo Power for magazines, and my gamerscore is a little over 6300 (I'm not much of an achievement wh*re but it does prove I play). The article is funny though. Some of those games, especially the MMOs, I'll admit are have an extremely male fanbase. In my head Final Fantasy XII is actually called, "Virgins for Life XII".

Okay, the guys that claim most "girl gamers" play flash games need a reality check. I'm 19, I'm female. I own a 360 (as well as a wii) and spend most of my time gaming on the 360. I own 4 of these games (Oblivion is actually my favorite game EVER). I went to the mid***ht release of both Fable 2 and Fallout 3. The guys at the local gamestop know me by name. I know what "RPG", "FPS", and "RTS" stand for. I know guys who call themselves gamers who don't know what an RTS is. I attend LAN parties to play Warcraft 3 with friends. Honestly, there's only 2 of these games I would never play. Madden NFL 08, because I've never liked football, and WoW, because I like having a life. Also, I can name at least 10 other girl gamers who attend my college. We exist. You just have to look for us.

I find this article to be really funny, since I know a lot of girls who complain about guys playing games and not giving them attention. I find it to be ridiculous. I*****uy wants to play games, I don't see what the big deal about it is. Either join in on the games, leave the room, or cuddle up next to the guy while he's playing it. I'm suprised that this article didn't mention The Devil May Cry, BF Bad Company, Ninja Gaiden, etc. I personally don't like Halo because of the camera angles.
