In my personal opinion.. I think Guitar Hero 3 was one of the best games. I have an 1080P tv, so the graphics look really good. I have surrond sound, and so the music sounds like you are at the concert. This is my personal opinion..

Garry's Mod (though not a store bought game), a Mod for Half Life 2, is deffinately on the list. I'm talking about version 10. The most amazing physics based building (also RP'ing and Zombie killing) game ever created. And the 2007 Beta shows some of the new things Garry can do. You might not know it, but you should look it up.

Assassin's creed definitally deserves to win this. Fighting sequence are realistic, based on historical events, jumping from rooftop to rooftop, etc. Its so inivative. Oh, and best of all the assassinations and the hidden blade are the best
