Oh please, reading this makes it more than obvious that whom ever is in charge of Game Daily knows less about video games than my mother. My advice, get someone who actually knows what the heck they are talking about, as to not keep making a fool of yourself to the gaming community.

lol...wow..theres alot of hate twords this post. aight simply put. this post WAS pretty horrible...i never read one of these and i dont think ill be taking another look. honestly. guy is a kool name (as explained in an earlier post to this one its "Gai") and Sol Badguy? wizzaaat he's hands down one of the illest bad guys. a little more research woulda been nice cause alot of these names "wern't" so bad and u didnt mention alot of names that i seen. hence mega man series. and some names from the crash series. honestly? i think i could have done a better job since i for one am 21 and have played almost every system out. and i read another post earlier about how "we have played" not "going to play" the old games thats true. i think whoever made the post NEEDS more video game experience. or a broader view of games. the post started of strong. then died by picture 4. better luck next time folk's

I read these gamedaily things all the time, and they always seem to be stupid, just like this one, aol should really get someone who knows a thing or two about video games to write these.

The name Guy is Japanese for Gai. Capcom didnt want any confussion on how to say the name so they spelled it Guy. If they didnt a lot of people would be calling Guy, ***, and they didnt want that. Sort of like a lot of people called Ninja Gaiden, Ninja ***-den until the X-box remake was released.

I like what GameDaily tried to do here, but they absolutely failed. They had a grand total of 6 characters from ONE F$!$@?& GAME! Now I've never played that game, but get some will power. There are so many crap video games out there, and they just didn't look hard enough at all. And their list wasn't even that good. Guy is a totally legit name.

I think the dumbest name I heard is GameDaily. You'd think a conventional, but also better, gaming review company could come up with something not as cheesy.

jackdoe83.. i agree with your opinion, though i honestly dont think that the game creators were even thinking about that... and as for DEATHSERV. please, why not just name them Anti-Mario and Anti-Luigi... I mean it is exactly the same thing you are fighting for. Which is laziness in character development. Let's develop Mario with a yellow suit and since Mario is "Italian" let's add a Japanese prefix... by the way, I'm in Japan. if you are correct on the prefix usage, than you will not hear from me again, if you are wrong though, be bracing for another nerd bashing. I'm just drunk and on a rampage against ignorance.

Guy a 'vauge' name? How can Guy a 'vague' name? How is could the name of a man who tried to blow up the houses of parliament (hence a national holiday in UK) Vague. Besides he’s a Playable character not a bad guy.
