Before Solid Snake battled Revolver Ocelot and Psycho Mantis, he squared off against this bozo, who attempts to nuke the world with his "Ultra-Sheik Nuclear Attack Tank". Wikipedia, keeper of Internet truth, claims that Kockamamie only appears in the instruction manual, and not in the actual game.

Volf is how you pronounce wolf in german, so it makes sense to me....he looks like a wolf, but you aren't going to be able to get Americans to say "Wolf" like "Volf" unless it is spelled like Volf

These are bad, sure.. But there WILL NEVER be anything bad as the PokeMoN games' opposition names. They not only have every name possible and ones that only an idiot could think of but also the rival of yours is a real show stopper. The two worst things about this is that you can name him whatever you want such as, "U ******" so that everytime Prof. Oak or someone tries to talk to your rival, something along the lines of, "Where have you been, U ******?" Tell me that isn't bad enough. And it only gets worse! Instead of giving pre-chosen names of some merit, they normally have the color of the cartridge as a name, IE: "Red, Blue, Silver". Now that's what we gamers call....an epic fail.

1) The "R" in "R. Signal" stands for "Red". There are other pallette swaps with the similar concept. The yellow ones are named "Y. Signal" and the green ones were "G. Signal". 2) I don't think they were talking about the "Badguy" part because they didn't mention it. But Sol is Sun in Spanish. Y'know, the big FIREball in the sky? 3) Guy may be bad in 90s terms, but he's not evil. And they said themselves, Guy is a real name.

Okay umm about the Sol Badguy thing. If the guys who made this post don't play this game they might wanna look into it and REALIZE THAT EVERY CHARACTER IS RELATED TO A ROCK/METAL BAND. example the Character Slayer is the band Slayer. Even the moves of the characters are related. Millia Rage's Instant kill otherwise known as Destroy move is called Iron Maiden. And Ky Kiske has a special called Ride The Lightning, which is a song made by Metallica. so before you guys say these things how bout you look into the game huh. And yes Sol Badguy also has a rock related name. Forget his first name. Once again you know his name really is Frederick or you can cut it short(Freddie) now. Freddie Badguy. see any connections here. if you don't then that means you're not a Queen fan. The Band Queen's Freddie Mercury had a nickname back then (Mr. Badguy) and guess what. the game makers favorite band is Queen. so there ya go. here's the facts. and shut up about spouting stuff about characters you have no idea about. Good day to ya losers!
