Before Solid Snake battled Revolver Ocelot and Psycho Mantis, he squared off against this bozo, who attempts to nuke the world with his "Ultra-Sheik Nuclear Attack Tank". Wikipedia, keeper of Internet truth, claims that Kockamamie only appears in the instruction manual, and not in the actual game.

i dont understand how they can not understand R signal, all of them are colors, dumbass people at gamedaily R signal...RED SIGNAL Y signal YELLOW and so on..

... wtf, atleast there's a meaning behind Sol Badguy's name. Same with just about everything in the Guilty Gear Series. Oh well, guess you have to be a gamer who get's good music references for this one.

i feel like the writer of this article put this together this heap of a report like this.. "hey jim, we still on for 'streets of rage' ***ht at your place?" "yeah dude come on over" ~~~~~ 1 hour later ~~~~~~ "OH CRAP. I GOTTA WRITE AN ARTICLE FOR GAME DAILY. um um um. ok i got it. ill just write down names that i see in this one video game weve been playing for 20 minutes. ill google the last 4 when i get home.
