Wii Music (releases Fall 2008)
Nintendo has come up with many phenomenal ideas but Wii Music is not one of them. It'll probably sell millions, but that doesn't mean it'll be fun. In the game, you take the Wii remote and nunchuk and move them like one of the game's 50 instruments, pretending to strum guitar, bang drums or tickle the piano keys. But aside from recreating songs, there's no reason to play. Forget about high scores and downloading new music. All you do is flail your arms around like an idiot in the hopes of recreating Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Really, Nintendo? Someone needs to tell Mario and Co. that kids are smarter than they look.

I love how it's highly apparent by everything they said that they did absolutely no research on any of the games they reviewed, especially Rock Revolution and Silent Hill: Homecoming. Sad, really. Idiots.
please delete, triple-post
Konami, once the big dog of music video games, sat back and watched as Activision and Electronic Arts revolutionized the genre with Guitar Hero and Rock Band, respectively. " As a music rhythm game guru, I am horridly outraged at the lack of research the writer of this article has done. Konami has dominated the music scene long before GH and RB. Guitar Freaks, Keyboardmania, Drummania, ParaParaParadise, DDR, beatmania, Pop'n Music, beatmania, and beatmania IIDX all came before Guitar Hero, and all came WAAAY before Rock Band. So dont give me that BS about innovation, cause Konami not only made it first, but made it challenging to boot. Activision, EA.. made it mainstream (and a lot less challenging overall, IMO, but still fun)

I absolutely disagree with the silent hilll coment, for one, the only "recurring" monster is the nurse. Silent hilll 3 was better than "decent" yea the voice acting sucked and the pink bunny's were annoying, but the last area with the bloody living walls was incredible, and the background "ghoul" just hanging out of the wall turning the red valve was the coolest eerie creep ive ever seen in a game. plus the music was great. not my style but it was "real" music not just some trashy quickly thrown together clips like most video games, Final boss was easy but was cool as hell, As long as they dont try to put a "spin" on it like they did with sh4 it will be good, I didnt even finish that game... played it for an hour,.
i can honestly say i agree with every single thing they said here, all these games are either sequels to a tired franchise, knockoffs of good games, or just plain horrible concepts, like the imagine games, i have a deep rooted hatred for those games, i would pay money to see them burned, so to any1 who disagrees with game daily, Piss off
"Please if you are going to right articles like this don't be so ****y and think your gods voice about video games because you FAIL at it." Wow. 'Right articles' FTW.
I, personally, wouldn't go racing to the store to buy LittleBigPlanet, but I don't think it will suck. "Recreations" of WWII and Sports games seem to be the only thing guarenteed in this world anymore. And what problems did they have with MGS4!?
who ever wrote this article is a retard Sonic Unleashed is going to be awesome!!
I agree with the write on most things but little big planet and brothers in arms 1. Little Big planet can be awesome with the user content if there's a way to filter it based on rating/downloads/views ect 2. Sure WWII has been done to the point of boredom but in my opinion, BiA brings something new to the table. It's not some one man army shoot em' up but it's a squad based tactical shooter with good dialogue and interesting backstory. If it's anything like the original it'll be great.
