Hmm... the image used for Sonya Blade was one that I created, using the official MK vs DCU render for her body, and the official MKSM render for her face. As flattered as I am that it was included, it would've been nice if I was asked. While it could easily have been someone else's mesh-up, I know it is mine by the stomach-piercing I had added which, f you look closely, doesn't properly follow the angle of her body.
