2008 Games We Stopped Playing

Even the flashiest, most over hyped games get kicked to the curb.

It was a very good year. Sort of.

Like most years, 2008 was chock full of blockbuster video games that eventually grew boring and collected dust. As much we wanted to love the following games, we couldn't play them for more than a couple of weeks.

I'm confused. Weren't you guys hailing most of these games as the best of 2008? Either these games suck or they're awesome. You guys are so bipolar. This further challenges the validity of this site's views, opinions, and articles.

I don't think you guys even play these games. You're either bad at control coordination, or you have the attention span of a retarded fish. Some of these games were a tad overhyped while others are pretty solid affairs. Force Unleashed for instance had a control scheme that felt great. It was a smidge too short, but that plays into the replayability. Maxing out your character and strolling through early levels with the power of god really permits you to enjoy the level design itself. Besides, it plays into my god complex. You guys are ridiculous, though.

Something I don't understand is why some one you are on here saying how bad an article is or how stupid the writers are. Now I'm not here to defend them or deny their articles suck,but if you think they are so awful why do you come back and keep reading them?

I don't think the writers ever played any of these games...I personally own half of the list here and I still play them....

this guy is a **** tard i dont even have these games but even i know that they are great .i mean gta4 -.- its a saga of greatness man.i am going to write a email to this aim games it was just plane stupid and miskeading i was trying to base my purchases of games for this they should really change the guy

I can agree to maybe 2-3 of these games, but other than those...very bad decision making on some douchebags part. I'm looking for a job, fire whoever thought these were bad and hire me and then we'll talk. - Andrew
